He also provided some good advice with battery and upgrade and was able to install these when they arrived, for a good price too. We have been working with Dan since 2019 and he has provided an excellent service. This has included building our new website, transferring our emails to a different server resulting in us paying less for the domain and email hosting, setting us up with two computers which are more efficient than our previous computer. Most importantly, he is efficient, calm, gives clear answers/ alternatives and he has a relaxed (and very competent) approach to any issue we have. I recommend him without reservation.

Dan saved my memory drive!! After breaking my drive Dan was able to collect it from my house, recover data, and refurbish my drive to keep costs down before returning it to my house the next day, great service!

My laptop was needing a new hard drive as it had been overheating for a while. It had also picked up a potentially unwanted app, which is a euphemism for a trojan horse! Which always sounds so deadly. Dan picked my laptop up from my house and returned it to me in record time. The cost of the repair was very reasonable too. A great service and local too.

I got in touch with Corstorphine Computers when my previous website host let me down. Dan was great; he immediately transferred my domain, imjewellery.com, so I wouldn’t lose it, and set up a basic home page. Over the next few weeks he built a new website and involved and advised me in the design.I’m very happy with my new site. Dan also gave me 1-2-1 remote training and within an hour I am able to add to new work to my galleries, change and adjust text and generally keep it up to date.

Brilliant experience with Dan. Laptop was in a bad state following a drop, with the chassis and power ruined. Dan was really professional throughout, talking me through potential issues and fixes, as well as advising of the worst potential outcome. I had a complete shut down of my Pc. Corstorphine Computers were close by so hoped they could save my Pc. Within 24hrs I was back up and running with fixes applied to my graphics card and cd drive and at a very reasonable cost.
